Made from rustic green leather, this journal looks better the more it is used and handled.
Filled with 40 pages of handtorn 300gsm cold pressed watercolour paper from the local mill, this journal is perfect for watercolour sketches or working with other mixed media requiring a little extra heft. Using a double page gives a great 3:1 ratio for landscape painting or sketching.
The hasp is held in place with hand hammered rivets and snaps to close.
All my leather journals are handbound using natural hemp thread and use paper made locally a couple of miles from my studio.
